Z-13 (alias: "the handyman" among Blacksite staff or "the saboteur" as of 10/14/2025) was brought into Urbanshade's care as a LR-P on ██/██/2013. On ██/██/2015, he was promoted to MR-P. He currently works to maintain the Blacksite's underwater equipment. His services can be requested through supervisor ███ ██████ (███.███@urb.mail) and the order will be filled within 2-3 business days. Z-13 is currently marked for termination.

Z-13 was born 02/03/1993, to ████████ Solace. On ██/██/2013, he was found guilty on 9 counts of murder and sentenced to death. Z-13 is legally dead and is Urbanshade property. Senior staff can access documents relating to his acquisition here.

On ██/██/2015, Z-13 was selected to be part of an experiment to give humans gills using advancements in gene replacement technology. The initial experimentation was a success and Z-13 gained the ability to breathe underwater, although the compounding effects of the extensive gene therapy on Z-13 left him with undesirable physical and mental results. These side effects were ironed out and refined on future test subjects, and the gill procedure was quickly applied to all the guardsmen working at the Blacksite. The effects Z-13 experienced through intial testing were reversible, but the decision was made to continue gene experimentation to further study the effects of extensive DNA altercation on a human subject. Z-13 gained his classification and continued to be extensively experimented on over the following years. After Urbanshade biologists found no more use for him, Z-13 was assigned to underwater equipment maintenence.

On ██/██/2015, Z-13's rank was changed to MR-P. Under supervision, he has access to the living conditions and recreational programs available to all MR-P.
